FDDI Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Faculty (School of RFM - MBA): Master's Degree (min. 02 years duration after Graduation) or PG diploma (min. 02 years after graduation) in Management (RFM, Data Science & Business Analytics, HRM, SCM, Global Luxury brand Mgmt. etc.) with min. 55% marks. Desirable: Doctoral Degree. Experience: Academic and/or Industry Experience of at least 03 years in the field of Management.
- Junior Faculty (School of RFM - BBA): Master's Degree (min.02 years after graduation) or PG diploma (of min.02 years after graduation) in Management/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Retail operations/ Retail & IT operations/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Operations Management with specialization in Retail & Fashion Merchandise with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with a doctoral degree. Experience: Academic and/or Industry Experience of at-least 3 years in the field of Management/ Retail operations/ Retail & IT operations/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Operations Management.
- Junior Faculty (School of LGAD): Master's Degree (of min. 02 years duration after Graduation) or PG diploma (of min. 02 years duration after Graduation) in Design/ Leather Design /Product Design, Manufacturing Leather goods & Accessories design with min. 55% marks. OR Master's Degree (of min. 02 years duration after Graduation) or PG diploma (of min. 02 years duration after Graduation) in any field from a recognized university / Institute, AND Bachelor Degree or Diploma (of min. 03 years duration) in Design/ Leather Design /Product Design Leather goods & Accessories design with min. 55% marks. Experience: Academic and/or Industry Experience of at least 3 years in the field of leather goods.
- Junior Faculty (School of Footwear Design & Production): Bachelors/Master's Degree (2 years after graduation) and 1 year diploma in Footwear manufacturing/production with minimum 55% marks. OR Bachelor's/Master's Degree (2 years after graduation) in Footwear Technology with specialization in Design with minimum 55% Marks. Experience: Academic and/or Industry Experience of at-least 3 years in the field of Design.
