FMDA Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Infrastructure Engineering Experts (Water Supply and Sewerage) Level-I: B.E. /B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in water sourcing, planning & management of water projects including recycling and reuse of waste water, STP and restoration of water bodies and lake conservation, master drainage of megacity. Design and restructuring of transmission and distribution of water supply network projects. Experience in Operation & Maintenance of Urban Water Supply Schemes/STP's /Drainage.
- Infrastructure Engineering Experts (Road, Buildings & Mobility) Level-I: B. Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in Traffic planning & management of roads & drainage projects including traffic survey, road crust design, intersection design, traffic lights networking, rigid and flexible pavement. Planning & Design of Roads & drainage network of any mega city in India including disposal networking.
- Infrastructure Engineering Experts (Horticulture) Level-I: B. Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture having major subject horticulture or B.Sc. (Horticulture) with minimum 2 years of working experience in Plantation i.e. avenue plantation, shrubs plantation, arboriculture, landscaping, floriculture and bio-aesthetic planning in Urban Areas.
- Geospatial Information Systems and Technology Expert (Survey) Level-I: 1st class Graduate/Post Graduate in Remote Sensing/GIS/Geo-sensing or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology with Post Graduate Diploma in GIS. Minimum 2 years experience in Field Survey through GPS, DGPS, ETS or any other technology as well as establishment and operation of Continuously Operated Reference Station (CORS) network.
- Geospatial Information Systems and Technology Expert (Cadastral) Level-I: 1st class Graduate/Post Graduate in Remote Sensing/GIS/Geo-informatics or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology with Post Graduate Diploma in GIS. Minimum 2 years experience in Cadastral Survey using GPS, DGPS, ETS or any other technology.
- Geospatial Information Systems and Technology Expert (Software Development) Level-I: 1st class Graduate/Post Graduate in Remote Sensing/GIS/Geo-informatics or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology with Post Graduate Diploma in GIS. Minimum 2 years experience in development of GIS based applications or publication of GIS data on portal for use or Business Analytics of data of GIS applications.
- Geospatial Information Systems and Technology Expert (Quality Assurance & Standardization) Level-I: 1st class Graduate/Post Graduate in Remote Sensing/GIS/Geo-informatics or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology with Post Graduate Diploma in GIS. - Engineering Expert Level-I: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years working experience in surveying, building construction and preparation of site plans etc.
- Geospatial Information Systems and Technology Expert (AI/ML) Level-II: 1st class Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree/ PHD in Computer Science and Engineering/ IT/ Data Science/ AI-ML/ Geoinformatics/ Agricultural Science. Minimum 5 years experience in applications development management using AI-ML/LLM.
- Geospatial Information Systems and Technology Expert (Infrastructure) Level-II: 1st class Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics/ Geoinformatics. Minimum 5 years experience in managing and optimizing GIS servers, enterprise geodatabase, network infrastructure, storage systems and GIS software environments in Government/ PSU/ large-scale enterprise setups.
- Transport Planning Expert Level-III: Post Graduate degree in urban planning. 10 years or more experience is desirable in the implementation of city mobility plans, city transport strategies, and large-scale enterprise setups. Minimum of five years of work experience with a government organization is required.
- Infrastructure Engineering Expert Level-III: Post Graduate Degree in Transport Engineering / Highway engineering / Urban Transport Planning. 10 years or more experience is desirable as a consultant in infrastructure projects, including the execution of elevated projects, work experience with NHAI, verification of EPC project bills, and execution of turnkey projects in India. Minimum five years of work experience with a government organization is required.
- Information Technology Expert Level-III: Post Graduate Degree in computer science/ IT. 10 years or more experience in design and development, implementation of IT systems, cloud Management and having worked at senior level in government organization or large corporation and also command on the latest programming languages.
