Manager/ Senior Engineer (Process) - Job Profile
This role is responsible for safe, round-the-clock operation of the process plant. Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on operation experience in Reaction, Distillation, Chlorination, and Liquid-Liquid Extraction processes, with large-scale chemical plant exposure preferred
- Handling hazardous chemicals and working with utility/ auxiliary systems such as Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Filter Press, ETP, and solid handling systems
- Working in shift duty and functioning as section in-charge, with the ability to stabilize plant operations
- Mandatory hands-on knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) operations, including safe start-up/ emergency shutdown and PLC monitoring on a 24-hour basis
- Monitoring and analyzing daily operational data to meet production, quality, and consumption targets
- Experience with HAZOP recommendations, Permit to Work (PTW), Lock-Out/ Tag-Out (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and emergency response
