How to Download the GSSSB Provisional Answer Key cum Response Sheet
Only candidates who appeared in the CBRT can log in and view their response sheet. Follow these steps:
- Open the official answer key portal link: Click Here
- On the login page, select the Advertisement Number, enter your Confirmation Number, enter your Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY), enter the captcha/image text shown, and click LOGIN.
- After login, go to the APPLICANT DETAILS tab to confirm your application number, applicant name, confirmation number, and advertisement number.
- Click the CANDIDATE RESPONSE tab, then click the "here" link to generate your question paper.
- Your Participant ID, Participant Name, Test Center Name, Test Date, Test Time, Subject, and response details will be displayed.
- Click Print, then choose Save as PDF to save the Provisional Answer Key cum Response Sheet to your device. You can also print a hard copy from here.
How to Raise an Objection Against the GSSSB Provisional Answer Key
Candidates who disagree with any answer in the provisional key must raise an objection online within the given window. Offline or any other mode of objection will not be accepted.
- After logging in, click the OBJECTION FORM tab.
- Click the + (plus/add) icon to view the instructions, and read them carefully before proceeding.
- Click FORM TO RAISE OBJECTION and fill in: Confirmation Number, Roll Number, Applicant Name, Subject Name, Test Date, Shift, Question ID, Language in which the question was answered, and Type of Objection.
- If you wish to add remarks, select "Yes" and enter your explanation clearly in the remarks box; unsupported or unclear remarks will not be considered.
- If you believe more than one option is correct for a question, select "Multiple correct answers" under Type of Objection, then enter the Option IDs you believe are correct (up to a maximum of 4 option IDs, separated by commas).
- Upload a supporting document as proof - mandatory before submission. Mention the book name, page number, author name, publisher name/address, and year of publication as reference where applicable.
- The supporting file must be a clear, readable PDF/JPG/JPEG not exceeding 400 KB. Up to a maximum of 3 supporting documents can be uploaded per objection.
- Click SUBMIT.
Important Instructions for Raising Objections
- Objections must be submitted online only; objections submitted through any other medium will not be considered.
- Only candidates who were present for the CBRT can submit online objections.
- A candidate can raise objections for more than one question.
- Objections must be submitted according to the Question ID shown in the candidate's own Provisional Answer Key cum Response Sheet.
- Objections must relate only to the questions and their respective answer options; general or unrelated objections cannot be considered.
- Once an objection is submitted, it cannot be edited later.
- The Question ID (used for all references) is shown to the right of each question.
- In the remarks column, state the reason for the objection clearly. Objections without valid explanation or reference will not be taken into account and will be discarded.
- Uploading a supporting document/reference is mandatory before submitting an objection.
- The supporting document/reference must be in PDF/JPG/JPEG format and must not exceed 400 KB in size.
