HAL Physiotherapist Recruitment 2026 - Period of Engagement
The selected Physiotherapists will be engaged initially for a period of two years. The engagement may be extended for a further period of two years based on:
- The requirement of the Hospital at the time of extension; and
- The performance of the Specialist as assessed by the Head of the Hospital during the engagement period.
The engaged Physiotherapists will report to the Head of the Hospital.
Important: This engagement is purely on a temporary/visiting basis and will NOT confer any right on the Physiotherapist to claim the status of a regular employee of HAL.
HAL Physiotherapist Recruitment 2026 - Remuneration
Applicants are required to clearly indicate their expected remuneration per visit (considering a minimum of 03 visits per week) in the application form. The remuneration per visit will be fixed by HAL. In addition, as per the applicable rules of HAL at the time of engagement, selected candidates will also be eligible for conveyance reimbursement per visit. No other allowances or benefits will be provided beyond what is indicated above.

Stage 1 - Shortlisting: Suitable candidates from among the applicants will be shortlisted for the interview based on the qualifications, experience, and completeness of the application as per the prescribed format.
Stage 2 - Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview conducted at HAL Hospital, Ojhar Township, Nashik. The exact date and timing of the interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through their registered email ID. HAL will not be responsible for bouncing of any email sent to candidates.
Final Selection: Final selection will be made based solely on the candidate's performance in the personal interview.
