The selection process consists of a single stage - Personal Interview (PI) carrying 100% weightage. Candidates will be shortlisted for PI based on experience and additional qualifications if applications exceed the zone of consideration. Important Instructions for HCL Executive Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Only Indian Nationals of 18 years and above are eligible to apply.
- Date of reckoning for age, experience, and qualification is 01-05-2026.
- Experience acquired in Training / Consultancy / Teaching / Fellowship / Internship / Apprenticeship / Academic Project shall not be counted.
- Experience in relevant field only shall be considered; HCL's decision on relevance is final.
