HAL Hyderabad Diploma Engineer Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination and possess Original/Provisional Certificate to be eligible. The gap between the date of contract after joining apprenticeship and the date of passing the qualification should not be more than 5 years for all categories. Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training or who are undergoing similar apprenticeship training or are registered for Apprenticeship Training in the respective qualification under the Apprentices Act 1961 elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates who have already joined/are pursuing/are about to join any regular courses for higher education during the stipulated Training Period need not apply. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate.

Reservation
Reservations for engagement of Apprentices shall be applicable for EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PH Candidates, Ex-Servicemen as per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and subsequent amendments and for wards of HAL as per HAL Corporate Office Guidelines. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
HAL Hyderabad Diploma Engineer Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
Selection is based only on CGPA/Percentage of marks secured in Diploma/Engineering Degree/Graduation in General Stream. There will be no written test or interview. Merit list of provisionally shortlisted candidates shall be hosted on www.hal-india.co.in on 30th June 2026 and confirmation emails shall be forwarded to shortlisted candidates subsequently.
The date of joining/reporting for the Apprenticeship is 27th July 2026. All provisionally shortlisted candidates must be in a position to join by the prescribed date. If a candidate does not report by the scheduled date, it will be assumed that he/she is not interested in the apprenticeship and the candidature will be forfeited. This Apprenticeship Training does not guarantee employment at HAL.
