Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification
  • Production Assistant: ITI – Fitter / Electrician
  • Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Diploma Pharmacy
  • Officer QC: M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Micro Biology
  • Accounts Officer: M.Com
• Experience
  • Production Assistant: Minimum 5+ years of experience in production department of Condom / Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP) / Sanitary Napkins / any other manufacturing plant or process industry.
  • Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Minimum 3+ years of experience in production department of pharmaceutical of any other similar industry.
  • Officer QC: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Laboratory department of production and process industry.
  • Accounts Officer: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts activities

Salary/ Stipend

• Production Assistant: Approximate Gross Salary Rs.17442/- per month
• Senior Production Assistant (Pharma): Approximate Gross Salary Rs.19380/- per month
• Officer QC: Approximate Gross Salary Rs.19380/- per month
• Accounts Officer: Approximate Gross Salary Rs.23256/- per month
• In addition to the salary, employees will be eligible for other benefits like PF, ESI, leave, medical insurance, bonus, etc. as applicable for FTC employees in the similar grade / scale from time to time.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• Maximum age limit is 40 Years.
• Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India rules i.e. 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
• Experience and age relaxation and higher start in the pay may be considered in case of deserving candidates.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test / skill test / interview as the case may be.
• Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates.
• Decision of management to call the candidates for selection process shall be final.

General Information / Instructions

• All minimum essential qualification(s) must be from UGC recognized Indian University/ UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved courses from Autonomous Indian Institutions/ concerned statutory council/ recognized by respective State Board of Technical Education.
• Period of appointment: All the appointments are for a period of two years extendable for further period on need basis.
• Selected candidates will be initially posted at HLL LIFECARE- KANAGALA - 591 225, BELAGAVI, KARNATAKA, however their services are transferable.
• Reservation/Roster will be followed in accordance with the Government of India rules.
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Candidates will have an option to answer/ reply in Hindi at the time of personal interview / skill test.
• The said recruitment process is liable to be stopped or cancelled at any time at the discretion of the Company.
• Appointment will be subject to the candidate being medically fit as per the standards prescribed for the post by the Company.
