Walk-In Procedure
Candidates who wish to attend the walk-in interview for HLL Various Posts Recruitment 2026 should follow the steps below.
- Read the official notification carefully before attending the interview.
- Candidates must report at the venue as per the reporting time mentioned in the notification.
- Carry all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies such as ID proof, educational certificates, experience certificates (if required), and category certificate (if applicable).
- Bring the duly filled application form if required in the notification.
- Verify eligibility criteria before attending the interview.
- Candidates are advised to reach the venue well in advance to complete registration formalities.

General Conditions
- Candidates should report / register before 11 am will only be permitted to attend the test.
- Selected trainees should be work in the shift timings also.

- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualified.
- The above training will not confer any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the company.
- The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
- The training will be at HLL Lifecare Ltd,Peroorkada Factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
- Those who have undergone training once in Company under T&D scheme are not eligible to apply.
- Those who are over qualified will not be considered as per the applied post.
- Attested Photocopies of Certificates, Passport size photo, Aadhaar card (Original & copy) should be produced at the time of walk-in-selection test.
- If selected, the candidate must complete minimum 1 year of training will only be eligible to get the Experience Certificate.
