- Assistant: Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department OR Having 10 years regular service in the Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) in parent cadre/department. Preference will be given to officials of the ICAR System.
- Upper Division Clerk: Holding analogous post in the similar capacity OR Lower Division Clerk in the Pay Band PB-I Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900 with a minimum of 8 years regular service in the Grade. Preference will be given to officials of the ICAR System.
- Lower Division Clerk: Holding analogous post in the similar capacity with three years of service. Preference will be given to officials of the ICAR System.
