- Sr. Project Scientist: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field. First class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline, or M. Tech. with first class or equivalent and six years of relevant experience. Proven experience with AI for the classification of biological datasets. Experience in Designing, training, and validating AI/ML architectures (including Deep Learning, GNNs, or Transformers) tailored for biological sequences, structural biology, or clinical datasets, including image data sets. Experience in maintaining rigorous code repositories (GitHub/GitLab), writing technical documentation, and contributing to peer-reviewed scientific publications. OR Proven experience in one or more omics data analysis areas, including single-cell and bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, spatial omics, proteomics, metabolomics, genomics, imaging data, or clinical data. Strong proficiency in Python and R/MATLAB. Hands-on experience in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to biological data. Expertise in biological data mining, preprocessing, and preparation for downstream analyses.
