Eligibility Criteria
- Professionals holding MBBS/BDS degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in analyzing data of health research projects; OR
- MD in Community Medicine; OR
- MPH / M.Sc. in Biostatistics with minimum 3 years’ experience in analyzing data of health research projects after obtaining Masters degree; OR
- PhD in Biostatistics with minimum 3 years’ experience in analyzing data of health research projects after obtaining Masters degree.
- Desirable: At least 5 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Desirable: Knowledge of at least one widely used data analysis software (e.g. STATA / SPSS / R).
- Experience and qualifications must be from recognized institutions and relevant to the discipline/field.
- Regular time-scale Government employees are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 22-12-2025)
- Minimum Age: 40 years
- Maximum Age: 70 years
- Age relaxation will be as per ICMR guidelines and Government norms for reserved categories.
- Cut-off date for age calculation is the last date of application submission (22 December 2025).
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 1,80,000 per month.
- Emoluments are project-specific and subject to approval of funding agency.
- No additional allowances like HRA, LTC, Medical claim, etc. are admissible.

- Screening of applications based on essential qualifications and experience.
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
- Interview / personal discussion (no TA/DA will be paid).
- Final selection subject to verification of documents and eligibility conditions.
