IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2026 Overview

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), headquartered at IFFCO Sadan, C-1, Distt Centre, Saket Place, New Delhi-110017, is inviting eligible B.Sc. (Agriculture) graduates to apply for the post of Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT). Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training period, after which they may be absorbed into IFFCO's regular pay scale, subject to the organization's requirement.

IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Qualification

Candidates must hold a Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from a University/Institute recognized by the UGC/AICTE.

IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Minimum Marks

Candidates who have a CGPA score must convert it into a percentage while filling the application form.

IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Language Requirement

Candidates must be well versed in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the State for which the application is made. Knowledge of more than one language will be an added advantage, and knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Age Limit 2026

The upper age limit is 30 years, as on 01st September 2026. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates not belonging to the creamy layer.

IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Stipend 2026

As per the rules of the organization, the stipend presently payable during the one-year training period is Rs. 33,300/- per month.

On successful completion of one year's training, and subject to the requirement of IFFCO, Agriculture Graduate Trainees may be absorbed at a basic pay of Rs. 37,000/- per month, in the regular Pay Scale of Rs. 37,000 – 70,000/-, along with allowances/benefits as per the rules of the organization.

IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Selection Process 2026

1. Preliminary On-Line Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a preliminary Computer Based On-Line Test in an open environment, using their own resources (computer/laptop with internet facility).
2. Final On-Line Test: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the Preliminary On-Line Test will be called for a Final On-Line Test in a controlled environment, at designated centres.
3. Personal Interview and Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted after the Personal Interview will be medically examined as per IFFCO's medical standards before final selection.
