Who Can Apply
Candidates must meet the following essential qualification and experience requirements to apply for the position:
- Essential Qualification: LLB Degree with Post Graduation securing at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Experience: Extensive experience in handling legal matters in Government Organisations, Government Undertakings/PSUs, Central or State Government Offices, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or Educational Institutions. This includes service laws, labour laws and codes, land laws, legal drafting and vetting of documents, and liaison with government offices and statutory authorities. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar position in a higher educational institute or institute of repute is required.
- Skills: Excellent command over English (proficiency in Hindi is preferred) and a working knowledge of computer applications and packages.
- Desirable Experience: Candidates having work experience as a Senior Legal Associate or Legal Associate from large-scale industries or any law firm which appears in High Courts, PSUs, or similar autonomous institutions of higher education.
