Who Can Apply
Applicants must satisfy the educational qualifications prescribed for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post.
- Academic Qualifications: B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics and communication/Equivalent with 60% (or 6.5/10 CGPA) and above, AND M.Tech./M.E. in related areas/specializations of Electronics and communication/Equivalent with 60% (or 6.5/10 CGPA) and above. There is a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD applicants.
- Skills Required (Essential): Knowledge in Drones/Sensors/Wireless Communication and basic knowledge on Federated learning.
- Skills Required (Desirable): (i) Very good hands on in ROS and standard navigation algorithms; (ii) Very good in Python/MATLAB programming; (iii) Good knowledge of 3D simulations of drones and experimental validation of different scenarios; (iv) Preference may be given to candidates who published papers (paid journals are not considered) in reputed Journals/Conferences.
Pay and Tenure
The selected Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will receive a fellowship of Rs. 37,000 per month as per the funding agency norms, with no other allowances admissible. The project duration is around 6 months, and the association between the Principal Investigator and the candidate will automatically end on the closing date of the project.
