Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should have a Post-Graduation degree/diploma preferably in Management with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute and a consistently good academic record.
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the HR domain of preferably a reputed Higher Education/Management Institution or an organisation of repute is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Database Management & other MS Office tools is must.
- Experience of working at IIMs/IITs/NITs or any other premier Institution is desirable and will be given preference.
Salary/ Stipend
- Selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at the appropriate pay level as per the 7th Pay Commission and in accordance with the norms of the Institute with an initial probation period of 2 years.
- In addition to this, the perks & allowances will be paid as per Institute norms.
- The staff accommodation, as available, will be provided in accordance with the Institute’s policy.
