IIM Nagpur Officer / Assistant Officer Recruitment 2025 - Qualification 

• Applicant should have a Post Graduate degree with First class in Media/Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Branding / Marketing Management or any other similar & relevant specialization from a reputed Institute.
• At least 08 to 10 years of relevant experience in media management /marketing and branding/ communication/ journalism/ PR or related field.
• Experience at IIMs/IITs/NITs or any other premiere Institution or Media house is desirable.

IIM Nagpur Officer / Assistant Officer Recruitment 2025 - Salary

• The selected candidate will be offered a fixed-term appointment for Two years on IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary based on the 7th CPC matrix, commensurate with qualification and experience. The contract may be extended further based on performance / satisfactory discharge of duties and the Institute’s requirements.

• The candidate may get the opportunity to apply for a regular vacancy based on the performance / satisfactory discharge of duties, availability of the vacancy, and suitability of the candidate as per the requirement of the Institute and recruitment norms.
