Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should have a Post-Graduation/Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognised University / Institute and a consistently good academic record.
- Overall 15 years’ experience across industry and academia, including Business development, Academic activities and Corporate training activities is required, preferably in both industry and academia.
- Experience in end-to-end programme delivery and coordination and exposure to Marketing and Co-ordinating Executive Education programs/Concept selling is desirable.
- Candidates with experience in dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working at IIMs/IITs/NITs or any other premier Institution is desirable and will be given preference.
Age Limit
- Not more than 50 years as on the last date of application.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary
- Selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at the appropriate pay level as per the 7th Pay Commission and in accordance with the norms of the Institute, with an initial probation period of 2 years. In addition to this, the perks & allowances will be paid as per the Institute norms.
- The decision of the Appointing Authority will be final & abiding in this regard.
- IIM Nagpur reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process if the need arises without issuing any notice or assigning any reason. The staff accommodation, as per availability, will be provided as per the Institute policy.
