IIPS Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Project Officer (Research): PhD degree (Awarded or submitted) in Population Studies or Statistics or Mathematics/Demography or Post Graduate degree in these subjects with minimum 3 years’ experience in social research or community-based research. Strong understanding of quantitative research methods and survey methodologies. Experience in analysing large-scale demographic and health survey data such as LASI, NFHS. Proficiency in STATA, and MS Office Suite. Desirable: Experience in large-scale data analysis, ageing related data, excellent communication skills.
- Senior Project Officer - IT: M.E./M.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering with 1 year experience, OR B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Computer Technology with 2 years experience, OR MCA with 2 years experience. Hands-on IT survey experience with Cs Pro or Nubis, LAMP technology, excellent communication skills. Desirable: Experience in health/social sector, large-scale data processing, field surveys.
- Project Officer (Research): M.Phil in Population Sciences/Social Sciences/Statistics/Mathematics OR M.P.S. with 1 year experience, or MA/MSc in these with 2 years experience in large-scale surveys. Familiar with STATA, quantitative methods, experience with LASI/NFHS data. Desirable: Statistical software, health/social sector, field surveys, MS Office, communication skills.
