Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification is M.Sc. / BS-MS / B.E. / B.Tech. / M.C.A. in Bioinformatics / Biotechnology / Systems Biology / Computational Biology / Bioengineering / Biophysics / Mathematical Biology with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Candidates with programming skills in Python/MATLAB and experience of modelling signalling networks, cellular biophysics are preferred.
- Must have taken a course in quantitative biology / biomathematics.
- Those awarded national research fellowship (CSIR-JRF/SRF, DBT-JRF/SRF, BINC, UGC-JRF or equivalent) and having published a primary research paper in a peer-reviewed international journal will be preferred.
Salary/Stipend
- Rs. 25,000/- + 24% House Rent Allowance (without valid National Level Test scorecard).
- Rs. 31,000/- + 24% House Rent Allowance (with valid CSIR-NET GATE / DBT - JRF/ any other National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies OR equivalent scorecard).

- Maximum Age: 35 years.
- Age relaxation commensurate with educational qualifications and/or experiences may be considered with prior approval of the competent authority.
