1. Educational Qualification
- SRF (with M.Tech degree): M.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the concerned or allied discipline/area, B.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and 2 years of research experience.
- JRF (with M.Tech degree): M.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the concerned or allied discipline/area, B.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and GATE qualified.
- SRF (with B.Tech degree): B.Tech with minimum 75% in Electronics and Communication Engineering and 2 years of research experience.

- Desirable: Knowledge/experience in communication systems, MATLAB, and FPGA implementation.
