- PhD + 3 Years of Experience OR
- Master's Degree in Civil engineering / Architecture or equivalent + 6 years of relevant experience
- PhD OR
- Master's Degree in Civil engineering / Geoinformatics / Geography / Geology / Architecture / Planning / Environment or equivalent + 3 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering / Geoinformatics / Geography / Geology / Architecture / Planning / Environment + 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering / Geoinformatics / Geography / Geology / Architecture / Planning / Environment or equivalent OR
- Master's Degree in relevant domain
Salary / Stipend
- Sr. Project Engineer / Scientist: ₹ 54,000 – 1,00,000
- Research Associate - I: ₹ 47,000 – 65,500
- Assistant Project Engineer: ₹ 25000 - 42000

- Only Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and called for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

- IIT(BHU) has all rights to decide the duration of appointment in each position.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communications in this regard will be entertained. Candidates are requested to check their email regularly and visit https://iitbhu.ac.in/positions for any updates.
- The candidate is expected to join immediately, if selected.
- Selected candidates may have to work on-site in the states of Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh (UT).
- Relaxation of marks and age may be granted to the SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Women/physically challenged Candidate as per the government norms.
