IIT Delhi Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Physics or equivalent with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree, OR
- Bachelor's degree (minimum four years in person) in Electronics & Instrumentation, Engineering Physics or equivalent with at least 70% marks in the qualifying degree.
- Qualified National Eligibility Test.
- Candidates with knowledge of electronic circuit design and fabrication, sensor development, automation and instrumentation will be preferred.
- The requirement of NET/GATE examination for the selection to the post of JRF/SRF may be relaxed for the candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aggregate marks).
