IIT Delhi Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Project Consultant: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a minimum of 10-year industrial experience after PhD OR an outstanding Technologist with 1st class post graduate degree in relevant discipline working in industry and having minimum of 10 years.
- Principal Project Scientist: MTech 1st class or equivalent in EE/ECE/IT/CSE.Maths OR BTech/MSc/MCA 1st Class or equivalent in EE/ECE/IT/CSE/Maths with 06 years experience.
- Project Scientist: B.Tech with GATE qualification/ MSc with NET/SET qualification/ MCA with GATE qualification 1st class or equivalent in EE/ECE/IT/CSE/Maths.
- Research Associate: PhD/MS/MD/MDS or equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVsc/ M.pharma / ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper science citation (SCI}Journal.
- Sr. Research Engineer: First class B.Tech or equivalent in appropriate discipline with two years of relevant experience OR 1st class M.Tech or equivalent in appropriate discipline.
- Research Engineer: First class B.Tech or equivalent in appropriate discipline with one year of relevant experience OR 1st class M.Tech or equivalent in appropriate discipline.
- Jr. Research Engineer: First class B.Tech or equivalent in appropriate discipline. One Year relevant experience is desirable.
