- Project Director: 1st Class Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline with minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale literacy, media, or language-focused programmes, with demonstrated experience working with government systems and broadcast platforms in India. Proven leadership in SLS or content-led reading initiatives across multilingual contexts, including programme design, scaleup, and stakeholder management especially in Arunachal Pradesh, is essential.
- Project Consultant: 1st Class Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline with minimum 10 years of experience in education, teacher training, and storytelling, with extensive fieldwork in indigenous or tribal communities in Northeast India, particularly with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in Arunachal Pradesh. Demonstrated work in folklore documentation, children's literature, and development of pedagogical content for literacy programmes (including AniBooks or similar tools) and ability to relocate to Arunachal Pradesh is essential.
