Research Associate (a)
- PhD awarded in Physics/ECE/Material Science
- Essential: Semiconductor Device fabrication & Measurement
- Desirable: Silvaco Simulation & Fabrication of III-V / Compound Semiconductor Photodetector/SPAD
Research Associate (b)
- PhD awarded in Physics/ECE/Material Science
- Essential: Semiconductor Device fabrication & Measurement
- Desirable: Quantum Photon Emission / Quantum Photodetector
Senior Research Fellow
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics / Master’s Degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics / Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology
- 02 years experience in R&D
- Qualified National Level Exam (NET/GATE)
