Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with finite element modeling and/or stochastic methods for uncertainty quantification IS desirable. Strong background in finite element methods, solid/structural mechanics, reduced-order modeling, and wave propagation. Familiarity with numerical simulation tools (e.g., Abaqus, ANSYS, COMSOL) and programming (Python/Matlab/C++) is preferred.
