- Field Coordinator: Master's Degree in Life Sciences with 3 years' experience in Aquaculture and developing scaling cooperatives, SHGs, FPOs, etc.
- Pearl Culture Consultant: Master's Degree in Fisheries with at least 6 years' experience in Aquaculture. Preferably having experience in community engagement and skill development in North East India.
- Community Lead: Bachelor's degree in Science/Humanities with 2 years' experience in pearl culture and working with cooperatives, SHGs and FPOs for farming practices.
- Technical Worker-Herbal Value Chain: M. Sc. in Life Sciences/ Horticulture with 1 year of experience in the tissue culture.
- Nutraceutical Expert: M. Sc. in Chemistry / Food Sciences with 3 years' experience in relevant field.
- Unskilled Worker-Herbal Value Chain: 12th Passed with 3 years' experience in horticulture cultivation and working experience in Not-For-Profit organization.
