- Quality Manager: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Life Science/Allied with a minimum 3 years of experience managing field-level projects, development of SOPs, and implementing them.
- Chemist and Lab Expert: Bachelor's degree with a major in Chemistry with a minimum 2 years of experience in Lab testing, certification, and documentation.
- Accountant: B.Com degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in managing accounts of CSR projects.
- MIS and Documentation Expert: Bachelor's degree in Science/Humanities or Engineering graduate with a minimum 5 years of practical experience in designing, implementing, and impact assessment of technology-led development projects.
