- M.Tech / M.Sc. in Remote Sensing & GIS, Geoinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related interdisciplinary fields with strong computational background.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, JavaScript, or similar languages for geospatial data processing and automation.
- Excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Experience in developing geospatial applications, dashboards, or decision-support systems (Web GIS / Cloud-based platforms).
- Knowledge of image classification, machine learning, and AI-based spatial modelling.
- Experience in spatial database management (PostgreSQL/PostGIS or similar).
- Familiarity with API integration, data visualization frameworks, and interactive mapping tools (Leaflet, Mapbox, Dash, Streamlit, etc.).
- Understanding of hydrological or environmental modelling workflows is desirable.
