- Chief Technology Officer: PhD in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Applied Physics/ Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in Silicon Photonics, PIC design, and foundry tapeout, OR a Master's degree in electrical communication engineering/ electrical engineering/ applied physics/ computer science with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience in Silicon Photonics, PIC design, and foundry tapeout.
- Senior Project Scientist: Undergraduate degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Applied Physics with 5 years of experience, OR a Postgraduate degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Applied Physics with 3 years of experience, OR a PhD in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Applied Physics. Hands-on experience with SPICE modeling and TCAD simulation, photonics devices design modeling, and circuit simulations, along with PIC & EIC tapeout experience is required.
- Senior Project Engineer: 4-year Undergraduate degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or an MSc in Applied Physics with 2-3 years of experience. Hands-on experience with SPICE modeling and TCAD simulation, photonics devices design modeling, and circuit simulations, along with PIC & EIC tapeout experience is required.
