Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing and Finance from reputed university / Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in Marketing of Capital Market Products and Services. Sufficient experience in Heading Marketing team and Handling Institutional Clients.

Salary/ Stipend

• Rs. 15.00 to 20.00 lakh p.a.
• Over and above, performance linked incentive will also be paid depending on the individual performance.

Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)

• Not exceeding 50 years

General Information / Instructions

• All Educational Qualification prescribed shall be from the University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.
• Experience relevant to the post will only be counted for reckoning the attribute of experience.
• The initial contract period shall be three years with an option to extend further based upon the annual performance review.
• The services of the Employees on Contract are liable to be terminated any time during the period of contract by giving one month notice or emoluments in lieu thereof without assigning any reason. The employees on contract can resign from the services of the company by giving three month notice or emoluments thereof in lieu of notice.
• Cutoff date for Age, Educational qualification and Experience will be as on 01.07.2025.
