Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification
- MBA / master’s degree in management / Energy Management / Project Management OR a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / management / Energy Studies / Science / Commerce OR equivalent from a recognized University.
- Skills Desired
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and familiarity with the latest AI tools and technologies for workflow optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, academic programme administration, corporate training management, or similar roles in educational institutions/corporate L&D units.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes, scheduling classes, managing faculty/participants, logistics planning, and documentation.
- Experience in the energy sector, oil & gas, or managing industry-linked education/training programs will be considered an added advantage.
Salary/ Stipend
- Consolidated Salary: INR 40,000/– to 45,000/– per month
- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience

General Information / Instructions
- Position Type: Contractual for 11 months, which may be extended subject to performance and institutional requirements.
- Mandatory Service Hours – Class Timings: Wednesdays: 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturdays and Sundays: Full class hours as per scheduled programme sessions; Additional sessions as scheduled.
