Eligibility Criteria
Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement (VR) or retired on Superannuation from Railways, Other Govt. Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, JV Companies under Govt. control should have service experience in execution of Infrastructure Projects of Railways, Metros, Ports, Highway etc.
- For Sr. Manager (Civil) (E-3): Must have retired in PB-3/2-GP 5400/4800 (6th CPC) or E-3 IDA scale of Rs.24900-50500 (pre-revised 2nd PRC).
- For Manager (Civil) (E-2): Must have retired in PB-2-GP 4600 (6th CPC) or E-2 IDA scale of Rs 20600-45600 (pre-revised 2nd PRC).
Salary/Stipend
- Starting Basic Pay of Rs. 60,000/- for Sr. Manager & Rs. 50,000/- for Manager plus IDA and HRA will be admissible as per rules.
- Perks under cafeteria will be paid @ 20% of Basic Pay.
- Transport Allowance @ 10% of Basic Pay per month will be paid if a vehicle is not provided.
- Minimum Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month (Basic Pay).
- Maximum Salary: Rs. 60,000/- per month (Basic Pay).
- Salary Unit: Per month.
Age Limit (as on 19-12-2025)
- Maximum Age: Up to 63 years.
