Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date 01-05-2026. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2026 - Remuneration & Allowances

The selected candidates will be paid a total CTC of Rs. 30,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory deductions) along with other applicable allowances as detailed below. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview. Selected candidates have to furnish a security deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft payable to IRCTC Ltd, New Delhi.

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process

The selection process for IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2026 is through Walk-in Interview. Candidates are required to fill in the application form (attached with the notification) and submit it at the venue of the interview along with original documents, one set of attested photocopies of required documents, and two recent passport size photographs. Based on credentials and performance in the personal interview, candidates will be shortlisted. The offer of engagement shall be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on number of vacancies, subject to verification of antecedents.

Engagement is subject to the candidate being medically fit as prescribed by IRCTC. The contract may be terminated by giving one month’s notice by either side. If performance during the contract period is not found satisfactory, the contract may be terminated without any notice.

IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2026 - Scope of Work

Selected Hospitality Monitors will be responsible for a range of supervisory and monitoring duties across mobile/static catering units operated by IRCTC. Key responsibilities include supervision and monitoring of food production, quality and services; ensuring compliance of company policies and standard hospitality procedures; ensuring proper manpower and materials for nominated catering units; resolving customer/passenger care related issues and effective complaint management; collecting feedback, analysis and course correction; ensuring statutory compliance and regulations; supervising and educating staff in efficient upkeep of equipment and devices; and coordinating with various departments, offices, and business partners.
