• The Authority follows Central Govt. Rules & Regulations in service matters.
• The post carries all India transfer liability.
• Mere possession of essential qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be selected.
• Canvassing in any form shall be a ground for disqualification.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date or not received through proper channel are liable to be rejected.
• The period of deputation shall initially be for a period of 03 years and shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years.
