- Visit the official Sessions Division, Jind website to download the prescribed format of the application form.
- Take a printout of the application form and fill in all mandatory fields including name, father's/husband's name, date of birth, age as on 01.07.2026, gender, category, nationality, permanent address, correspondence address, academic qualifications, experience, and contact number/e-mail ID.
- Affix a latest passport-size coloured photograph on the designated space of the application form.
- Attach copies of requisite certificates along with two self-addressed properly stamped envelopes.
- Send the original application with enclosures to the office of the Superintendent of Sessions Division, Jind, either by registered post or by hand, well before the closing date i.e. 30.10.2026 by 05:00 P.M.
