Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Master's degree in Clinical Research/Allied Health-sciences/Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks or a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in managing clinical research projects OR Ph.D. in Clinical Research/Allied Health Sciences biotechnology or equivalent.
• Desirable Qualification: Clinical Research experience gained in the field of Oncology subject recruitment in trials
• Desirable Qualification: GCP Training
• Desirable Qualification: Skills in handling Microsoft office emails, web conferencing & other internet band tools.
• Desirable Qualification: Redcap database management

Salary/ Stipend

• Rs. 41,300/- p.m. (Consolidated pay)

Age Limit (as on 20-01-2026)

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years (as of last date of receipt of applications)
• Upper age relaxation for SC/ ST up to 5 years and OBC and women up to 3 years.

Selection Process

• Written test (areas which will be covered) specify approx. syllabus: Basic knowledge of cancer, knowledge about clinical research, GCP, patient care-related skills, consenting process, drug storage
• Interview: As above, ability to interact and respond to situations in clinical research and patient management.

General Information / Instructions

1. Validity the appointment will be purely 1 year from the date of publication and renewable accordingly.
2. Qualification and experience should in relevant discipline/field and from an institute of reputation. Experience should have been gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
3. Upper age relaxation for SC/ ST up to 5 years and OBC and women up to 3 years.
4. The posts are purely on temporary/contractual basis for the specified period of time and based on project no calm for ny other regular post in JIPMER shall be entertained.
5. Application form dully filled and signed along with a photocopy of all relevant certificates including experience along with one set of self-attested copies should be submitted in the office on the day of Walk in-interview.
6. Decision of the principal investigator will be final.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
8. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
9. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
10. If the performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the investigator, the appointment can be terminated at any time without any notice.
11. The appointment may be relived from the current job position, with one-month prior notice, failing to do so may be held responsible for paying one month's salary.
