- Registrar: Officers having experience in Admissions and Academic matters; analogous or 5 years in Level-11 or 10 years in Level-10
- System Analyst: Master's Degree in Computer Applications/M.Sc. (CS/IT) or B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Engg/CS/IT) + 5 years experience in Programming/Information System
- Computer Programmer: Master's Degree in Computer Applications/CS/IT or B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Engg/CS/IT) + 3 years experience in Programming/Information System
- Purchase Officer: Any Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management + analogous or service in Level-8/Level-7
- Data Processing Assistant Grade A: Master's Degree in Computer Applications or B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Engg/CS/IT) + 5 years service in Level-6
