Eligibility Criteria
- For Individual: Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution/University.
- Adequate Knowledge of government SoR and OPDW code.
- Retired Government Engineers.
- Experience in relevant work shall be given preference.
- Residence in local jurisdiction shall be given preference.
- For Firms: Registered Firms having experience in DPR preparation and estimate preparation.
Salary/ Stipend
- The remuneration shall be paid on percentage basis subject to approved project cost on project to project basis subject to approval of competent authority.
- No other allowance or benefits shall be admissible.

Selection Process
- Selection shall be made based on eligibility, experience and technical competence as assessed by the competent authority.
- The candidate / Firm shall quote the percentage of project cost at which they are willing to engage and the lowest bidder shall be preferred.
- There might be a video conferencing session if necessary under intimation.
General Information / Instructions
- The engagement shall be purely temporary and project specific during the financial year 2025-26 & 2026-27 and shall not confer any right for regular appointment in government service.
- The engagement shall be valid only for period of financial year 2025-26 & 2026-27 and shall stand terminated automatically on completion thereon unless renewed.
- Competent authority can terminate the engagement as when required without assigning any specific reason thereof.
- The undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject any or all application without assigning any reason thereof.
- Late application shall be rejected.

- Self attested copies of educational qualification certificates.

- Application may be submitted in person/by post/by email.
