Important Dates and Rules Applicable to All Three Ranked Lists
All three ranked lists share the same general conditions regarding validity, rechecking, and OMR/answer sheet copies. Understanding these rules helps candidates know their rights and deadlines after the result publication.
Validity of the Ranked List
Each ranked list stays in force for a minimum of one year, or up to three years, whichever period ends earlier, or until a new ranked list is published for the same post. Being included in the list does not guarantee an appointment, as advice depends on actual vacancies reported to the Commission.
Rechecking and OMR Photocopy Fee
Candidates who wish to get their answer scripts rechecked or obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheets can apply online through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the official KPSC website.
