Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification
  • MBBS from a MCI recognized Institute with 1 year compulsory Internship.
  • Must have registration with West Bengal Medical Council.
• Other Requirements
  • Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
  • Must have knowledge of local languages as per Order Memo no HFW/NHM - 332/2023/1003(3) dated 31 July 2023.

Salary/ Stipend

• Consolidated Remuneration: Rs 60,000/- (Sixty thousand) per month.
• Duty hours: 8 hours per day.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• Upto 67 years as per Order (HFW-27038/12/2023/2508 dated 20 April 2023).

General Information / Instructions

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and must have knowledge of local languages as per Order Memo no HFW/NHM - 332/2023/1003(3) dated 31 July 2023.
• Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete are liable to be cancelled.
• Essential qualifications must be completed on the date of submission of application.
• Originals & photocopies of required documents must be brought at the time of Interview.
• Required documents:
  • Age Proof Certificate (Madhyamik or equivalent).
  • Certificate of MBBS and West Bengal Medical Council Registration.
  • MBBS from MCI recognized Institute with 1 year compulsory Internship certificate.
  • Caste certificate as per Govt. Norms.
  • OBC (Non creamy Layer) candidates must submit renewed/revalidated certificate.
  • Photo proof Identity card (Passport or Voter ID or Pan ID).
  • Proof of Address (Passport or Voter ID or Aadhaar ID).
• The Kolkata City NUHM Society reserves the right to change/modify any/all of the above conditions.
