Selected candidates will be eligible for all pay, perks and allowances (CDA scale) applicable to regular KRCL employees at the given level, as per extant rules.
KRCL Junior Scale Executive Selection Process 2026
Selection is based on valid GATE score and does not involve a separate written exam conducted by KRCL. The process is as follows:

- Only GATE 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 scores are valid for this recruitment.
- Based on valid GATE scores, candidates up to 10 times the notified vacancies (category-wise) will be shortlisted in order of merit for Document Verification (DV).
- Only candidates who qualify Document Verification proceed to Presentation and Personal Interview.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 60% each in Presentation and Personal Interview.
- Final merit is based on aggregate marks, subject to medical fitness for the respective post.
- A select panel plus a standby panel will be prepared, valid for one year from declaration of results.
- Tie-breaker: older candidate ranked higher; if age is also equal, alphabetical order (A–Z) of name is used.

- Download the application format given as Annexure-A in the official notification.
- Fill in all columns completely, affix a signed passport-size photograph, and clearly mention the Notification No. (CO/P-R/03/2026) and the post applied for.
- Pay the examination fee of ₹1,180 via NEFT in favour of "Konkan Railway Corporation Limited", SBI Belapur, A/c No. 54000000065, IFSC – SBIN0040524, and mention the payment/UTR details in the application.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates and mark sheets (see Documents section below).
- Submit only one application for one post; multiple applications will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Send the completed application by post so that it reaches the office of the Senior Personnel Officer, Recruitment & Establishment, 4th Floor, Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., Belapur Bhavan, Sector-11, Plot No. 6, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400614, on or before 08 September 2026, 17:30 hrs.

Important Conditions
- Serving KRCL employees with at least 3 years of regular service are also eligible to apply, subject to informing their supervisor and D&AR/Vigilance clearance.
- Candidates found medically unsuitable for the opted post will not be given any alternative appointment; medical examination expenses are borne by the candidate.
- Selected candidates must execute a service agreement bond to complete training/probation (2 years) and thereafter serve KRCL for at least 3 years, failing which training/probation costs with 12.5% interest are recoverable.
- Selection by KRCL does not confer any right of appointment; appointment is subject to vacancy availability and satisfying all eligibility criteria.
- Furnishing false information, suppression of facts, or submission of forged documents will lead to disqualification, debarment, and possible legal action.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere within KRCL's area of operation, including project sites; they are not eligible for transfer to other Zonal Railways.
- Any attempt to use political or other influence, or indulge in canvassing, will result in disqualification.
- KRCL reserves the right to modify vacancies, alter the recruitment process, or cancel it at any stage.
