- Works Manager: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Production Engineering from recognized (AICTE) University. Officers/Executives retired from Indian Railways/ IR PSU’s in 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-11 (6th CPC PB-3 Rs15600-39100 GP-6600/-) or equivalent. Minimum 4 years experience in Workshop of Indian Railways / Railway PSUs.
- Assistant Works Manager: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Production Engineering from recognized (AICTE) University. Officers/Executives retired from Indian Railways/ IR PSU’s in 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-10 (6th CPC PB-3 Rs15600-39100 GP-5400/-). Minimum 2 years experience in Workshop of Indian Railways / Railway PSUs.
