KSMHA Member - Medical Practitioner Important Instructions
- A person shall be disqualified to be appointed as a member if convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence involving moral turpitude, adjudged as an insolvent, removed or dismissed from Government service or a body corporate owned/controlled by Government, or has financial/other interest prejudicial to the functions of a member.
- Members holding any full-time or part-time assignment preventing adequate time and attention, or holding any office in a political party during tenure, shall stand disqualified.
- The member shall hold office for a term of five years or up to the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier, and is eligible for reappointment for another term of five years or up to seventy years of age.
- Applications received after 23.10.2026 (5.15 PM) will not be considered.
