How to Apply

Candidates must apply online through the institute's dedicated recruitment portal before the deadline. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official recruitment portal: https://recruitment.lnipeassam.edu.in/
  2. Register as a new user using a valid email ID and mobile number.
  3. Log in and fill in the application form for the relevant post.
  4. Upload all required documents — bio-data/resume along with copies of educational certificates, mark sheets, and experience documents (originals to be brought at the time of joining).
  5. Submit the application on or before 20 June 2026.
  6. The list of eligible candidates will be published on https://recruitment.lnipeassam.edu.in/ only.
  7. The Walk-in Interview schedule and venue for offline posts will also be communicated through the same portal.

Candidates should keep a copy of their submitted application and registration details for future reference.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Even well-prepared candidates can face rejection due to avoidable technical errors during the online application process. Keep these points in mind:

  • Ensure your photograph and signature files meet the portal's prescribed size and format before uploading — mismatches are a leading cause of incomplete submissions.
  • If the payment gateway fails, wait a few minutes and confirm whether the fee was deducted before retrying — double payment attempts can cause application errors.
  • Use an updated browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended) on a stable internet connection to avoid form timeouts.
  • Save your registration number and password immediately after creating your account — the portal cannot resend these to your email in all cases.
  • Do not wait for the last day to apply; server load typically increases near the deadline and may cause submission failures.
  • For offline-mode posts (LDC, Junior Clerk, Driver, etc.), note that the interview venue and date will be published separately — check the portal regularly.
