LTMGH Assistant Professor Important Instructions
- This appointment is purely on a contract basis until 31.03.2027 and not a regular basis.
- The candidate appointed on contract basis can be discontinued at any time if not required.
- Selected candidates will be appointed at LTMG Hospital & Medical College and can be transferred to Municipal Medical College as per requirement.
- The Municipal Commissioner M.C.G.M. has the right to stop the selection process at any time and at any stage.
- Selected candidates are only eligible for grant of Casual Leave and Special Casual Leave as per circular No. Director/M.E. & M.H/3644 dated 14.10.2022.
- If a candidate appointed on contract basis desires to resign, a notice of one month in advance must be submitted.
- If Assistant Professors become available on a regular basis through direct service, services of candidates appointed on contractual basis will be terminated.
- Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered under any circumstances.
