Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital and Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai-22 under Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has released an advertisement for DNB/FNB Senior and Junior Consultant Recruitment 2026, inviting applications for 06 contractual posts in various super-specialty departments.
As per the approval of the Municipal Commissioner (Ref. No. MGC/F/8767/Date-29.11.2025), these posts will be filled on a purely contractual basis up to 31 March 2027 through offline applications in the prescribed format available at LTMMC, Sion. Eligible candidates possessing the required DM/DNB qualifications and experience can apply within the given schedule.

Application Fee
- Application Fee: Rs. 790/- + 18% GST Rs. 143/- = Rs. 933/- (non-refundable).
- The prescribed application form is available from the Cash Section, Room No. 15, LTMG Hospital, Sion, on payment of the above fee during office hours. The original fee receipt must be attached with the filled application form, otherwise the application will be treated as invalid.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 55 years for general candidates (upper age should not exceed 55 years).
- Age Relaxation: As per Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation norms, wherever applicable.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
- Scrutiny of applications based on prescribed educational qualifications, Marathi language, computer qualifications and experience.
- Preparation of merit list based on academic qualifications and marks obtained in the interview.
- Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates (date, time and venue will be informed by email and mobile number mentioned in the application).
- Preparation of final selection list on the basis of merit and approval of competent authority.
How to Apply
- Obtain the prescribed application form from the Cash Section, Room No. 15, Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, Sion, Mumbai, between 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM from 09.02.2026 to 20.02.2026 on payment of Rs. 933/- (including GST).
- Fill the application form completely in the prescribed format, affix a recent photograph and attach self-attested copies of all required documents (educational certificates, DM/DNB degree, experience certificates, Marathi language certificate, computer certificate, MMC registration, caste certificate, etc.).
- Attach the original fee receipt of application form purchase with the filled application form.
- Submit the completed application form in person at the Inward–Outward Section of LTMG Hospital, Sion, on or before 20.02.2026 up to 4:00 PM during office hours.
- Keep a copy of the application and all documents for your record; applications submitted earlier to any other office or in any other format will not be considered.

- These posts are purely on contract basis and will not confer any right to regularisation; Mumbai Municipal Corporation Service Rules 1989 will not apply to contractual appointees.
- The appointing authority reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without prior notice if the services are not required or performance is unsatisfactory.
- No pension, PF or retirement benefits are admissible for these contractual posts, and no DA, HRA or other allowances will be paid over and above the fixed honorarium.
- Candidates already in service must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer with the application.
