- Senior Research Fellow: Ph.D. in Fisheries Science/ Post graduate degree in fisheries science or equivalent field; expert in fisheries sciences or equivalent field, with understanding of best practices & protocols for ensuring adherence to best sustainable fishery & aquaculture practices, understanding of value chains & business development, industry experience, understanding of quality assurance & business management practices for import and export operations.
- Junior Research Fellow: Post graduate degree in fisheries science or equivalent field, with understanding of best practices and protocols for ensuring adherence to best sustainable fishery & aquaculture practices. Experience in working on gender issues desirable.
- Young Professional- Commerce & Business Practices: Graduate in Commerce, Finance or a related field with at least one year experience in accounting and bookkeeping practices especially relevant for small and micro enterprises.
