NABCONS Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Project Director/Team Leader: MBA/B.E/B.Tech/or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Government Procurement with knowledge of GFR, GeM, CPPP. Experience in health/veterinary sector in executing large Programs in Govt./ PSU companies in Industrial Infrastructure/ Social Development/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as Team Leader.
- Project Manager: MBA/PGDM or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years with at least 5 years of experience in executing large Programs in Govt./ PSU companies in Industrial Infrastructure/ Social Development/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry.
- Procurement Expert: MBA (Finance) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Government procurement. Experience in operating GeM & CPP portals. Tender document preparation, bid processing, work order issuing, contract management etc.
- Finance & Accounts Expert: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance Expert) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Government procurement and contract management. Experience in invoice verification, Bill processing, government accounting. Responsible for assisting with payment recommendation.
- Senior Consultant: MBA/PGDM or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management/Logistics Operations would be preferred. Experience in Agriculture & Allied sector would be preferred. Knowledge of IT applications is desirable. Experience in Govt. scheme monitoring and experience in report compilation and interpretation of data would be preferred.
- Junior Consultant: MBA/PGDM or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Relevant experience in Government PMU. Knowledge of IT applications is preferred. Relevant experience in Agriculture & Allied sector is preferred. Knowledge of managing Logistics is preferred.
- Sampling Consultant: B. Sc (Life Sciences)/B.S. (Lab Management) B.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent with a minimum of 2-year experience in Lab Management/Sample collection. Experience in Veterinary Labs is preferred.
- Veterinary Expert: BVSc or equivalent with 3 years of experience in the Veterinary field.
- Data & MIS Analyst: M.Tech (IT/CS)/ MCA/ MBA or equivalent with B. Tech (IT/CS/Electronics)/BCA, with 7 years of experience in development of web/IT/ mobile application-based IT solutions. Skilled in Excel, data management, dashboards and A.I.
